Brewveil Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

Brewveil offers free tracked shipping on all orders.

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–12 business days. You will receive tracking information by email when your order is on its way.

Delivery times may vary slightly due to holidays, customs, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in the same condition as when received
  • Include all original packaging and accessories
  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To request a return, please contact Brewveil at Brewveil2024@gmail.com. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted. Unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at Brewveil2024@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used products
  • Products without their original packaging
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Products damaged through misuse or improper care

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product. Once your return has been accepted, you may place a new order for your preferred item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
